One of my favorite places to eat in Weymouth, for a quick bite.
The prices are competetive, and the food is so tasty.
I usually go for the extreme hot Frango burger, without mayo (and they always remember to not add mayo! Nice)
It's the only place where extreme hot actually means it's spicy!
I love the little chilli sauce dip too, really tasty. The fries are always prepared fresh to order and are crunchy and piping hot.
I love the fact that they still use the proper straws in their soda cups - so no gross soggy paper in your drink (massive bonus points for not 'greenwashing' their business, and focusing instead on better customer experience).
The staff are always friendly and polite while taking orders.
It's always clean and well maintained too. No rubbish on the floor, tables are wiped down frequently, etc.
If I had to find something that could be improved, I would say that the 1 minute loop advertising screen is a little distracting. But a very minor suggestion.
I just love the fact that they don't 'tone down' the flavors, or spice, to patronize the British market - It's strong flavors, spicy, and authentic - Just the way it should be.
Rios - Please keep things exactly the same. Don't change anything. I love it.
Really tasty and satisfying food! We had the grilled chicken - very juicy and flavoursome.
Rio’s is a fantastic halal option for Dorset. We were very pleased to find a halal eatery that served healthier options. The quality and flavours were also consistent with the high quality found in London and Birmingham.
It’s also not far from the harbour so you could always take-away to eat at the waterside.
The staff were very lovely too. Thank you for a lovely meal.

Not the average fast food place.
You get a lot and their chicken is succulent and tasty with an exotic touch.
Quite a few flavours too choose from.
Better than KFC and the likes.
One isn't spoilt for choice when it comes to Halal dining opitons in this particular vicinity but a Google search of places to eat that offered Halal options yielded this particular establishment.
With a car park not too far, Rio's is only a small walk away. A very long story short, the food was great. Served fresh and piping hot; we did enjoy our food. Would we eat there again? Most definitely. They aren't the fastest to get your food out to you but when they do, it is food you can devour!
And a thank you to the staff for modifying my chicken burger to include add ons from another type of burger. I appreciate it. All the best.
While on my visit, I purchased rice and piri rice. Was so delicious. Better than Pepes. Really worth the money and the sauce on the chicken is so good.

Me and my partner love this place they never mess orders up food always spot on we litrally order from here every week without fail

Dined in as well as had take away, always seem to get an extra grillet when I done in as well as a bit of salad! Me my brother and partner have never had a bad experience very nice food! Recommended to many people now, chips are crispy and hot even when getting a delivery 🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️
Not gonna lie this place is the home of the £7.00 burger.
And it is worth every penny!
Being a 56 year old American who has had a burger or two I feel pretty justified in saying that.
The chicken at Rio's is also phenomenal, beyond anything you have had before. I imagine The Colonel sneaking away in shame.
A bit expensive but I promise that you will never be disappointed.
I wasn't expecting it to be this good, but the chicken is outstanding! It was tender and not dry on the inside, while adequately charred on the outside, so they grill it well. The marinade is delicious and there's lots of it - it's served inside a foil packet, retaining the heat and marinade. I had the half chicken which was enough to satiate my whole-day fasting.
The peri fries were crispy and well seasoned - tasted amazing when combined with the free peri sauce! Couldn't take a photo as I was in my car and my hands were all saucy. Great service too from the lady at the till. Thanks!
