Lesley and team have done an amazing job making this pub welcoming and friendly. Really good atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks! A real variety of drinks too with soft drinks on tap . Great live music, events and great company! First night out in a long time after having baby, was absolutely brilliant!

5 stars for random act of kindness!
I was on my way home from work. On bike, after 10 pm. And somehow I've lost my bottle with water. As i was half way through to get hoke i became bit thirsty and though I'll pop in and buy a pont of tap water.
Lad serving me there offered ice and slice of lime and was just sucha great person. And so helpful. And didn't charge me at all. Didn't want any money!
Thwnk you! I'll be back and if i see that fella over there ill buy him a pint of his favourite larger /ale or whatever he's drinking. As a thank you.
Oh and pub it self looks amazing! Perfect example of not judging book by its cover. 😇👌

Great atmosphere and friendly staff and locals. Watched the football with my girls whilst trying some great ales.

A good selection of beers, with friendly staff and locals. They offer a disco most Saturdays, as well as open mic nights. It's probably the best pub in Whaley to watch the football, although it's equally good for a quick pint if you've been out walking.
