Such a gem this little slice of paradise . The pub is great with a good selection of drinks , lovely staff and owners. The food is just brilliant lovely authentic Thai cuisine fresh prepared and cooked with skill. Highly recommend if you want a great meal in a welcoming place . Thai red curry and pad Thai chicken was delightful and the starter platter was devoured in 5 minutes! Reasonable prices for very good food.

Amazing little pub with a rotating selection of hand pump ales, a few lagers on tap, and local beers in bottle. Solid food menu including chillies, curries, and burgers, with loads of veggie options. The chili burger is particularly delicious! Very reasonably priced and definitely worth a bike ride or a quick drive.
The roast dinners are delicious here. Roast beef was so tasty and roast potatoes were amazing including five different vegetables. Good homecooked food. Highly recommended.
The pub is exactly how I think a pub should be - good beer and a really friendly atmosphere. The Thai food is sensational.
Cracking meal! Visited for the first time tonight and sat in the bar area as we had the dog with us. Bar staff are really friendly and the food was 5*- really enjoyed all the food we ordered. We will be returning for meals and take aways! Thank you for a lovely evening
Had a roast lamb today BOY WAS IT GOOD! 😋 perfect size portion and the cauliflower cheese was included at £14.95, brilliant value for money. We will definitely make this a regular choice for our Sunday roast 👍🏼
Wonderful local, recommended for all those walking the area a 6 mile walk from Oxford centre, great atmosphere and friendly locals, pool table, great selection of revolving ales, food, they also run regular beer and music festivals, quiz nights.
Exceeded all expectations. Tremendous hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble & we had some of the best steaks comparable to any US steakhouse. Highly recommend!
Great friendly staff. Fantastic Rib Eye steak. Our dog was welcomed and we felt really at ease, Great atmosphere. Will go again when we are next up that way.
If you’re passing through Oxford and fancy going to a little village pub, I would highly recommend this place. Really lovely couple running it that couldn’t do enough for us. Very accommodating, friendly and make the tastiest food. They also welcome dogs and were wonderful with Milo 🐾
They collected the keys to the pub last year and then later that day lockdown shut them down but they’ve remained positive and used that time to get work done on the place. They are one of those genuinely nice couples you meet in life and I wish them every success. Especially as we hope to come back and see them again ☺️
