I came here a few times during my short stay in whitby. The atmosphere is really friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed a chat with several people in here. The bar staff were amazing with recommendations and very easy to chat to.
They don't serve food but the lager and cider on draught were so delicious I had 6 pints 😳 I really enjoyed the atmosphere, there were loads of lovely people to chat to. The bar staff worked hard ensuring you were served promptly and they were great fun and excellent at what they do. We will retur

I've been visiting this pub for more years than I care to remember. It's changed hands numerous times in those years, and changed beers almost as many times (I think it was Cameron's when I first used it)

Very busy as it was the Steampunk weekend but nice pub. On the smaller side. Entertainment was on, a guy singing which was good. Staff were friendly and obliging.
Great atmosphere for a Sunday evening. Live music and Whitby gin. Had a lovely chat with the locals too. Brilliant evening.
