Stayed September midweek, had a lovely time, staff at the hide / keep ,could not have been more helpful. Room straight out to gardens. Very dog friendly accommodation.

Stayed here on the 10th February grounds are Beautiful, The Hide was lovely, immaculately clean, the All the Staff are amazing,, concierge Gary was always cleaning and went over and above for us. The rooms could do with having a small fridge in them, maybe shuffle the room around so you can fit one in or maybe next to the table with the kettle and things on, just a suggestion for the summer breaks people would like to put a few of there own things in it. BUT We did ask if it was possible to have one and Gary brought us one but we had to put it on the table.

Had a fantastic stay here. Would have happily spent entire days sat outside on the patio next to the wooded ravine. Staff are very friendly and attentive, especially the Greek waiter. If I'd designed The Keep I probably would have increased sound insulation between rooms though.

Great rooms and modern reception and facilities. Receptionist was pleasant and extremely helpful. Recommended and we'll be using this hotel again.
