Absolutely gorgeous coffee! I've always been a supporter of independent coffee shops as opposed to the chains, and this place confirms why. Superb coffee, perfect temperature and a reasonable price 👍 lovely atmosphere inside and I really do love the decor ♥ we also had a chocolate cake and a red velvet cake! I have no words apart from scrumptious 🎂 Highly recommended 👍

Our best find in Whitby. Really good coffee and fully loaded bagels. Friendly, happy staff and a great owner. Opens before most breakfast places in town at 8am

Visited with my family yesterday. Delicious coffee and pastries. Great service by a lady on the till who was clearly very busy but was calm, collected and extremely welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic to find a place like this in Whitby. I was born here and moved to London 7 years ago, so it really is amazing to see such a modern, high quality place like this in Whitby now - excellent stuff! And plenty of Vegan & Gluten options, what’s not to like?!

Very cool spot for lunch, with mega sized portions. Opted for the Parma bagel… massive! Was a struggle to eat the lot. Staff are friendly, polite, and happy to help. Brownies are really, really nice, I’m going back to get another before leaving Whitby! Highly recommend this as a lunch spot.

Divine experience. The Best flat white in town. Oat and Soya as alternative milk. Vegan cakes, yes, Vegan Cake and coffee. Bless them, they went out of their way to check if there was any sunflower oil in the deserts, calling the baker to ask. So nice of them. Photos are of the 'coast' seafood, green bean, Berry and mango salad and Hummus and sun dried tomato bagel. Both exceptionally tasty. The atmosphere very lovely with lots of plants and lovely green walls. Enjoyed it so much, I took my Daughter and Son in law the next day, when we had Spiced pumpkin cake and mulled apple slice. The apple slice was vegan.

The second time, I've visited this place while going to Whitby. It's definitely my favourite Caffè within Whitby. The food is outstandingly fresh and delicious with very generous portion sizes. The place itself sits in a nice location located closely to the busy high streets, which makes it a great stop off point to rest and refuel. Would highly recommend to anyone, accessible and kid friendly.

Have been here for lunch a few times in the last few years on our trips to Whitby. This place is clearly very popular but we’ve never seemed to have issues getting a table when we wanted one. Nice decor and atmosphere. Lovely haberdashery cake display unit. Coffee/teas good quality & nicely presented. Bagels/lunch items have always been very tasty, good portion sizes and well-presented. Lunch items tend to come with side salad with home-made dressing which is a nice touch. Friendly staff and quick service. Keep up the good work! We will be back.

We had fabulous flat whites here last week. Perfectly made. Great service. Cinnamon bun was tasty too! It's far too easy to make a bad flat white and we have had more than our fair share of these, so it's important to recognise places that make them properly. Thank you Mr Cooper's Coffee House!
