I recently had the pleasure of dining at 8 Manchester, an excellent Chinese restaurant that completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this establishment prided itself on providing a top-notch dining experience. One of the standout aspects of 8 Manchester was the emphasis on fresh ingredients. Every dish we tasted was bursting with flavour and showcased the quality of the ingredients used. It was evident that they put a lot of care and attention into sourcing the best produce. The flavours of the dishes were truly fantastic. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste, with perfectly balanced combinations of spices and seasonings. It was evident that the chefs at 8 Manchester were skilled in creating authentic and mouthwatering Chinese cuisine. The staff at 8 Manchester played a significant role in making our experience memorable. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing attentive service throughout our meal. Their warm and welcoming nature added to the overall ambience of the restaurant. I must mention the "interestingly fun" Buda beer that we tried during our visit. It added a unique touch to the dining experience, and we enjoyed sipping on this refreshing beverage while indulging in the delicious food. Without a doubt, the exceptional service truly sets 8 Manchester apart. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. The staff's attention to detail and dedication to ensuring an enjoyable time for their guests truly made the difference. All in all, my family and I had a very memorable meal at 8 Manchester. The combination of fresh food, fantastic flavours, helpful and friendly staff, and interestingly fun Buda beer made it a truly outstanding experience. I couldn't ask for more from a Chinese restaurant. I highly recommend visiting 8 Manchester for an exceptional dining experience that you won't soon forget. Will be going back soon.

Possibly the best Chinese restaurant we have been to, and we have tried a few! Food was exceptional, the hot and sour soup is exactly that. For the main course we shared Szechuan chicken and sea bass with ginger and spring onion, again both were excellent and well seasoned. The chef obviously has a magic touch with the deep fryer, spring rolls and banana fritters were cooked to perfection, not in the slightest greasy and the batter was as light as a feather. Every member of staff treated us like royalty, offering advice and excellent service. We will return soon

We were celebrating two family birthdays and the decor, Chinese food plus service was TOP NOTCH. A great place to chill, relax and fine great food. The Sunday £16.50 3 course deal will definitely prove a great taster to the restaurant. We will definitely be visiting again. Great credit to proprietor Haf Haris plus staff like Tommy and Wendy. Keep it UP ALL.
