So despite a confirmed booking for new year, I'm standing in the Whitefield branch, after my table booking time, still waiting for a table only to discover I'm not on the list! Shambles doesn't really cover it. Got invited to a meal by friends on a Wed night in July. 1hr and 20 mins to get food out, drink order taken once in that time! They had a second chance, won't be a third. And the restaurant is half empty...

If only the staff were as good as the food. Went there with a dine card which said 2 for 1 mains. Ordered food. Got a bill and both were charged. Why you ask? Because they said that the mains I had ordered were too expensive!!! What a blimming joke. There is no mention in the terms about what dishes are excluded from the offer but they weren't budging from their stance. Gets two stars as the food was decent . Should be locked up for their decpetin and ripping people off

If I could give this place an award I would certainly give them the award for ruining your night. To be frank, it reminded me of an episode of Fawlty Towers with an Asian twist. When I had entered the restaurant it was completely empty and with nobody to greet me. After waiting for five minutes I had decided to go to the dining area to catch somebody's attention. Several of the members of staff had acknowledged my presence but failed to come over to welcome me. It took the me, the customer, to hail down somebody and find a suitable table our party. At 19:10 the drinks order and food order had been taken by clearly overworked waiter who'd attention was elsewhere. I had been to many restaurants and never have I had to wait 90 minutes to be given our starters. It took several prompts to different members of staff just to get an idea of when our food will arrive. The bar maids/waitresses showed clear signs of arrogance and were unfazed by hunger diners waiting for their orders. I had observed my fellow diners trying to grab the attention of the waiters by waiving and even on a few occasions, shouting and whistling. At one point I recall the manager going to each table to apologise for the delay and explained that his staff were currently working on the function upstairs. The starters themselves were completely bland and lifeless. I had the Chicken Kabli which had a pool of grease and oil served as a unintended side. It wasn't appealing to look at let alone eat it. I could tell from my fellow diners faces that they were not pleased with their food either. Thankfully the mains were served shortly after the starter. However I should point out that this probably only happened after we had demanded that the mains to be served as soon as they are ready. The 4 curries ordered were all bland with a heavy emphasis on spices, I could taste no other flavour except a burning sensation. This again was mutually felt by my fellow diners and ruined the positive vibe that should be felt when dining out. After such an appauling experience which I think the manager had sensed, we were all offered complimentary desserts, specifically a chocolate or raspberry trifle. Myself and my party members all refused even after the manager had insisted that the desserts are "very nice". Upon leaving the restaurant at 21:30, there was nobody available to thank us and bid us farewell. The staff did not want us there and we had all felt completely unwelcome. In summary I would avoid this place at all costs. They had ruined my evening completely and I fell like it's my duty to pass on my experience. The place is awful,the decor is tired and the food is lifeless. So thank you EastzEast for ruining my evening and if I could award you with the worst possible restaurant. I would

Waiting for the starter for 1,5 hours, receiving the wrong order, finding meat in my vegetarian dish, burned food, no apologies until the end when we started complaining, irresponsible staff and taking my order 3 or more times-Thats how i describe the experience here. Did we get any discount, or anything on the house for that? Obviously not! Instead we heard excuses of them having a big wedding and not enough time to cook our food, when, i accentuate, the restaurant was EMPTY.
