This place is absolutely superb, if you want a takeaway but need something healthy but tasty as hell..... Just go here. The Korean Beef wraps and the beef and broccoli pizza are highly recommended by me 😃

Great selection on the menu, and the prep boxes you can build exactly how much you want / how hungry you are. Macro info is great for adding to MFP. Tasty sauces, can't wait to order again.

What a fab find, this was recommended to me by a colleague and it was such a good choice. The bagel burgers are huge and definitely hit the spot, the messier the better. Also have tried the Teppanyaki, so spicy and so good. The food is piping hot too and is ready nice and quick. Would gladly go here again.

I absolutely am over the moon this place exists. Both their prep food and takeaway menus are stunning. I actually wake up looking forward to my meal prep for the day. Its always something different so you don't get bored and I feel like I'm glowing on the inside coz its all fresh, healthy and tastes amazing. 5 weeks in and I'm sticking with it! Doesn't even feel like I'm dieting lol. I'll recommend this all to everyone. 😍☺👏🙌💪👌

This place is amazing. Big range of tasty, healthy food. Their Chicken bulk protein box is an absolute winner. Perfect place for a healthier more fulfilling lunch. Great service from the team as well. Highly recommended

Nutri Gains Kitchen provide the best meal prep plans I have come across and I've tried many. I would give them full marks for quality, value for money and service. I'm a particular eater with awkward nutritional needs, but they've tailored everything to what I want perfectly. Then the food itself is fantastic. Not once have I felt like I've got restrictions on what I eat and the flavours are amazing. I couldn't recommend this place any higher.

Nice little place in Whitefield, healthy food, might have to wait a few mins when busy but always cooked fresh and always been good. Different selection, friendly staff with good food knowledge. BBQ steak with greens and Satay chicken with rice are ace.
