Caffe Nero

Good coffee served by friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable baristas. Always nice to stop fir a coffee and just people watch for a while, after mosying round the shops at Whiteley. All the staff there make it a better experience and l enjoyed their recommended coffee bean of the month - very smooth ( the coffee not the patter!). And the nibbles bits are good to albeit getting a tad expensive these days - so we tend to just go for a coffee. Very Nice. Keep it up Cafe NERO..

Been using this place for years. Pretty much what you expect from a big chain. Consistent in every respect with no dramas. Don't be put off by queues as the volumes ebb and flow and you can usually get a seat. One tip, not just related to CN, if you ask for a hot chocolate, tell them you want it very hot or super hot otherwise it'll be luke warm. Probably due to them being scared of someone suing them if they spill it and get burnt! Can recommend cheese and tomato panini with pesto. Bon appetit.

Cafe Nero is a lovely coffee shop with plenty of seating inside and out and allows dogs to come in as well. The selection of food and drinks available is very good and even has vegan options available. Parking is in Whiteley car park and is only a minute walk to Cafe Nero. The service from the members of staff was very good but I feel that due to the amount of people in and out of the coffee shops they need additional members of staff which I believe will help with the long waits which I had experienced.

Located in a pedestrianised area this cafe is not too far from the main carpark for the area. No steps to get in mean it should be good for buggies and wheelchairs alike. Inside is spacious with a mixture of tables and chairs and more comfy seating. Usual Cafe Nero selections are available, one of my favourites is their Cappuccino cake! Staff were friendly and efficient, cafe was clean and welcoming. Enjoyed a lovely coffee and cake, the bonus for me is that dogs are allowed in unlike Costa coffee where they aren’t. I’m always with my dog. Based on this experience I’d be happy to recommend and will be visiting again.

I'm always impressed with this place. It's got a nice feel to it - airy, loads of light, high ceilings, comfy sofas, the seating area is away from the queue, really friendly staff, and just on the periphery of the shopping centre, so it doesn't feel hectic. Most importantly, their coffee is tastier than all the other coffee shops'.
