Wow, they now have Almesty beer for sale. It's 5%, so a pint is good to go. Friendly staff. Good food served all day. Table reservations are a must to phone ahead. Decor is good and very 'funky.' Two sets of toilets on either side of the main bar. The seating is varied style. Stools are the seating at the four large plate glass windows. Wheelchair access from the street entrance and there are an adequate number of tables throughout the three separate seating areas access through a wide open doorway. Certainly the best and most popular bar serving food on Park View, Whitley Bay.

Great place for breakfast, lunch or tapas huge menu to choose from! Have also been just for drinks, the Staff are always friendly and give you a warm welcome also a good atmosphere and good music playing. Have been many times and always enjoy it. I would recommend and hope you enjoy the fox and much as me. ❤️👍👍

Saw this place and decided to pay a visit . Great location and layout, dog friendly which is always a +plus. Welcomed by staff and seated promptly. Chi I’ve of food is wonderful , opting for the Tapas offer ( 1400-1700hrs , 4 Tapas , 2 glasses of wine or beer for £24.99- excellent value for money ). Tapas was delicious and freshly prepared, portions were great , all served by very friendly and welcoming staff. A very pleasant afternoon , and well Worth a visit .

Wow. First time coming here after it was well recommended, food was reasonably priced and also large filling portions. Fresh quality ingredients and was served quick. Staff very friendly and chatty also can tell they enjoy their job, dog friendly which is great especially due to the area. Clean environment and mint vibe will 100 percent be back again!

We came here on Sunday for breakfast for the first time and I think it’s the nicest breakfast we’ve ever had. Will definitely be returning! Staff were super friendly too. Would probably recommend booking as we seemed quite lucky to get a table as a walk in, lots of reserved signs around and not many available seats, after tasting the food it was obvious why! 😍

Lovely warm welcome when we arrived. We found the tables to be spacious and comfortable. Our meals were fantastic, I had the Mexican breakfast, which was a nice change from a normal cooked breakfast, and my partner had the avocado & eggs on toast. Definitely will have to visit again to try their cocktails and lunch menu.

Really enjoyed our visit to Fox & Finch. Walked in and managed to get a table for brunch. Possibly one of the best cooked breakfasts we’ve had; cooked to order and generous helpings of everything you’d expect. Also had a couple of cocktails- it was a birthday breakfast after all! Staff really helpful and service excellent. We got lucky but would strongly recommend booking.

I had heard up and down things about experiences here. Been a few times a while back and was always decent. Stopped in for late lunch and the food was fantastic. Friend had a pork belly with braised leeks in a cream sauce and it was one of the nicest, but richest, sauces I've ever tasted. My only recommendation to them would actually be less of it because we could barely manage it between 3 of us it was that rich. I, and my other friend, had the steak platter which was excellent. The extra prawns I added on were juicy and succulent. Overall very impressed and will definitely be back.
