Deanna served us and was so efficient, getting our drinks on our offer with 02 and then remembered our soda waters and advised us about the golden years offer being available despite the advertisement saying 12-3pm. She explained that it was available all day just the alcoholic drink was on offer between 12-3pm. The golden year melas were just enough to have a small meal.

The Hunting Lodge is a fantastic pub - reasonably priced, great range of drinks and lovely pub food. The staff are all friendly and there’s always good atmosphere; it’s a great place for watching live sport and we love the quiz!

Regularly attend the quiz here on a Thursday night and have a bite to eat too. The food is always fantastic and excellent value for money. The staff are welcoming and helpful and the quiz is really fun! Would 100 % recommend.

Food good and nice touch with the reservation in the table. However I think you need to visibly inform customers to ring the bell for service as several customers stood waiting for service and didn’t see the bell. A sign on the bar would be good.

Popped in for lunch. Served straight away. Drinks brought to table. Great choice of food and children's menu. Lovely clean place. Great value. Attentive staff.
