It's the value with 40% off Booking that made this visit even better. We like the layout, choice and service and staff though and are regular visitors all the time

The staff are friendly and efficient. The pub has a warm atmosphere and is popular with the locals. The food is reasonably priced and is good quality. Kelly is always really helpful when finding tables! A great place!

Called in for tea on a Wednesday, table of 3, had to book in advance. Nice well spaced tables, pleasant efficient staff, have the option of ordering at the bar or via the app, service was quick. Meals (2 x posh fish and chips and 1 x vegan curry) arrived nice and hot and the food was really good, no complaints. Overall a nice reasonably priced pub meal in pleasant surroundings.

It’s a cozy place and the food is wonderful. I would like to see more light bite on the menu like paninis or sandwich’s.

Would have given 5 stars but out of 7 meals, the beef madras hubby ordered only had 3 tiny pieces of meat in it!! Disappointed.

Always great service and super friendly staff, I often take my Dad who has Alzheimers, the staff are amazing with accommodating his needs and he always feels very comfortable & relaxed there, we're often there for several hours. Food is always great, drinks choice (for 10 non- drinkers!) Is super, we love the cabanas in the garden, and it's brilliant to see all the dogs enjoying an evening in the pub 😀
