We use this costa often but this morning the service from Adam (I believe) was exceptional. Working alone for a short time as the shop opened there was a queue to the door, Adam was professional yet friendly and so calm. What impressed me as I waited for my turn to be served was how he knew customers names and greeted them individually, knowing what their drink would be he was one step ahead making the drinks.
I work in hospitality and I understand the importance of customer care, Adam is a credit to your store/company and should be recognised for his dedication, maybe even be asked to train others to this level.
Costa you have a star working for you.
My coffee was great as always too and other staff members are always pleasant.
