Staff are always super friendly! Adele, Lucas, April and Tom are so welcoming and accommodating, they know my order and always go the extra mile. My favourite place to go and have a coffee in Whitstable.

Came in here as little to no vegan options available elsewhere. The staff went above and beyond and made sure that i was catered for. They even asked me if i wanted the drink mixer to go through the dishwasher which i declined to as it wasn’t necessary, however the thought was amazing as i haven’t ever had this elsewhere! Aside from this they were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would come again however we live further up the country

I use many Costa outlets over the course of the week and drop into the Whitstable Costa usually weekly. We don’t have a particularly big order, but Adele is far and away the friendliest barista I have come across. She always remembers what I want and is never short of a smile even if the queue is particularly long.

Adele and her male colleague were lovely, good service, generally made small talk and conversation which usually makes me uncomfortable. Lovely hot chocolate!

Always enjoy my time here. One of the Barista's is a lovely welcoming enthusiastic young lady who makes my day when she is at the counter. I have just moved to Whitstable. Hence it makes a difference to be welcomed.

Very friendly staff and a quality coffee.
Used loyalty points for a free drink which was a bonus!
More seating than at first appears so plenty of room for everyone.
