We booked a large-ish party at quite short notice for a birthday and staff were extremely accommodating. Though out the night staff were really friendly and helpful and good at checking for drinks orders. There were 10 people in our party and food order came quickly - everyone received their order correctly and the food was great! We didn't feel hurried at all; even though it was a Friday night and the restaurant was quite busy. Everyone really enjoyed the atmosphere and fabulous food. Will visit again. Cannot recommend highly enough.

So, on stumbling across this restaurant when looking for a bite to eat (although apparently it's been there years, whoops) we had a fantastic meal!!!! Love a place that caters for everyone ie. gluten free. I even got to have a Burrito which I haven't been able to have (gluten free) for years!!! Staff were really sweet and swift. Gorgeous building with period features and noticed the upstairs when going to the loo - we're thinking a big group is us for the next trip!! Lovely place and will certainly be back to sample more of the menu!!!

I rarely write reviews but after a recent visit to the Cookhouse I thought they deserved 5 stars! Food is always great tasting - and big portions! Only negative is bottled beer rather than draft but the quality of food and reasonable prices more than makes up for that!

A very friendly old building. I have never had such tasty pizzas. We chose the £30 family meal (3 adults, a 5 year old and 2 year old). Cheesy nachos, 2 12" pizzas. Garlic bread, onion rings and chips. Ample food for about 5 adults. Staff were very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. I will be going back there next time I am in Whittlesey in the evening.

Very good pizza. Used to be always busy in the restaurant pre-lockdown. Did hear people moan regularly about the wait times for service/food whilst I was waiting to pick up takeaways. Pizza excellent, much better than Vesuvio. Shame that they don't seem to pick up the phone now despite offering collection. I'll have to try Premier instead.

We've hd a few pizzas from here and when they just had a take away business but have never eaten in until tonight. We have missed out thats for sure! Lovely spacious restaurant with a good menu. As well as pizza they also offer a choice of different burgers, ribs and other items. Portions are big too meaning the cheese and mushroom topped burger and chunky chips filled me up nicely. Beautiful chocolate fondant for pudding and that was me done! Staff great, food grest, what's not to like.

Absolutely brilliant place, top notch food and they deliver as well! If I had any complaints I'd say get more phone lines as you are always engaged, and you close too early! But keep doing what you do because it's awesome.

Great meal here tonight celebrating birthday. Excellent starter of Chorizo and halumi bruschetta followed by a very good rib eye steak. Highly recommended. Excellent service from staff.
