Went in yesturday around between 3-3:30 as I was feeling a sub.. to my disappointment there was know-one at the counter to serve i must of been in there waiting for 3/5 minutes waiting even saying hello anybody there and then finally …
I come to this subway quite a lot and always amazed at the customer service and how friendly the staff are and the subs are always tasty! :)
they served me rotten brown lettuce, i went back to get my money back, the manager offered me another sandwich, no option for refund, apparently ''no refunds''. food hygiene is disgusting and the customer service is equally as disgraceful, i recommend not going here
6inch steak and cheese subway from Wickford. Look how small it is? Said something to the staff but they said it’s normal. Shame because I love a subway. Sort it out Wickford please

Very very rude attitude without any reason …
We ordered from here about 20 minutes ago and it must have been the last order of the night. The bread was stale, our orders were cold and sloppily put together. NOT happy with our sandwiches. Absolutely abysmal!!
