Fantastic staff, I don't drink coffee but cold drinks and hot chocolate are so good, cakes are good and toasties and sandwiches are alright but had better ones for cheaper in other places

Great service, great coffee, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The only thing that spoiled the atmosphere is some people don't know the difference between conversation and shouting.

Lovely staff. Only problem is if busy and are in wheelchair can be difficult to get around.

Staff were so lovely, welcoming to my daughter (age 4). Made her laugh. Very helpful with adding cold milk to ensure drink wasn't too hot for child & put in a cardboard cup to make it easier to hold

Absolutely love turning up in the Widnes Costa, actually one of my favourite places to visit
All the staff are amazing not only at what they do but at making customers feel welcome and like a big part of the family.
I walk in every day to find even the newer members of staff try to remember my order, always serving fast, efficient and with a smile
