Awful service! Items missing from the order and arrived over 2 hours late 😡
Ordered via Just Eat, order due to be delivered between 1250 and 110am! The order arrived at 320am!! Items missing from the order! Tried to contact the restaurant on several occasions but was either engaged or no option to leave a message!
Order should not be accepted via Just Eat if it cannot be provided in full and delivered within the notified time scales!

Absolutely fumming ordered my food at half 10 and have rang up over 20 times I haven’t been well and wanted a chicken wrap with some chips that’s simply all I wanted and they haven’t got the decency to reply to their phone calls , thank you for confirming the ordered and not ordering the food I think this is absolutely awful service! What on earth please? You don’t even deserve one star .

I did eventually get my food at 4am was nice, still hot but waiting time was beyond awful.**
I ordered food from here off UberEats paid £27.29 and the food NEVER arrived! Time given was 2:05-2:25am (I waited to give late time as I usually do). Rang up the restaurant at 2:45am only to be told this line is no longer taking calls and it closed at 3:00am. Never did get my food and down by nearly £30.
Fuming to be honest.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My food took 2 hours 45 minutes to arrive and was cold and congealed. Disgusting food and unable to contact the place directly. WORST TAKEAWAY EVER.

We ordered our food over 2 hours ago. Still no food.
I've rang probably around 15 times. Spoke to someone once who told me the usual rubbish "he's just left now, he will be 10 mins away" 50 mins later. Guess what. Still no food.
Ordering from somewhere else now and can't can't contact them to cancel the order.
I will be taking this further with uber eats.

Literally the worst takeaway I've ever had. Took 2 hours for a cold, congealed mess to arrive. Absolutely coated in hot chilli sauce which was not as described when ordered . Avoid.

Ordered food, didn’t turn up and didn’t answer phone basically just robbed us, we will be taking this further as we have seen there are many reviews with the same problem and it looks like it is nothing but a scam. Family works in environmental health and council we will see this place shut down
