Called in here for a breakfast on a cold morning after a walk! Breakfast was delicious with more than enough to keep me goin until Teatime!

We sat outside with a heat lamp over us and cushioned seats....perfect!

First time here but won't be the last. I was surprised it was so busy for a Tuesday lunchtime. We would have liked to have sat outside but there was only a table directly in the sun available when we asked, so went inside instead, which is nice. Food was nice and staff seemed friendly. I'd definitely try and book first next time and try different options off the menu.

We visited on 18th August in the morning for breakfast. Lucy served us outside and was an absolute delight. Really chatty and attentive. The food was delicious. Cannot recommend this place more!✨

A great meal with fantastic service however a couple of points. The meat in the steak pies was dry and overdone. The Gammon was great but unfortunately there was no fat on the gammon which could have improved it. The thick cut chips were probably too undercooked and definitely too big and would have been better if crispier on the outside and a normal chip size. However portions were sufficient and the service was both polite and efficient.

Family and dog friendly pub. Good and varied menu. Value for money and the garden offers both open area with tables along with surrounding sheltered booths for dining.
Water in bowls provided for dogs along with a special menu for your 🐕 👍
