Absolutely Brilliant. We was served by “Olivia” and would recommend her to anyone. She went the extra mile to make sure we was served on time and every one of our worries was resolved.
She arranged for a birthday song to be sung and candles in our dessert which was great.
I would recommend this restaurant and staff member to anyone!

Staff were very attentive and drinks were served quickly. I was disappointed with the Frankie and Benny's meatballs there was very little tomato sauce to go with the pasta and the meatballs were a bit dry without it. My wife had a salmon salad which looked fantastic. Still love the place.

We went for a family meal yesterday. We were greeted by staff quickly and taken to our table. The food cooked by the chef Jacek was lovely, our waitress Megan was very friendly and provided excellent service. Would definitely recommend and will be going again.

Just had a great meal here, decided to try the Viva La Vegan burger, garlic bread with vegan cheese, hot cookie dough and vegan cheesecake. I normally eat meat but after trying this tonight I realised I actually enjoyed the burger more than a meat burger. Vegan cheese is runnier than I thought but was ok, and the cheesecake was really good.
We were served by Henry who was very friendly and made sure there was limited waiting time in between courses. Food came out quickly too.

Initially the most embarrassing experience when you've given them a suprise birthday cake at the beginning of the meal but then have to complain because no one has been to check if you've been served after an hour's wait ! Got served dry rubbish food complained about that! Then gritting your teeth for your child's sake to ask for the birthday cake to be brought to the table THE WORST !! Adding to previous review 6months on been today different staff/manager atmosphere has greatly improved food lots better 100 percent better from the last time I dined there...well done

Nice little F&B franchise. We've been quite a few times in recent months and after a dip in service and quality, this restaurant has definitely picked up. The food quality is good with increasing choice for vegetarians and vegans which is a plus.
The service team are very friendly, especially Lorna, one of the Managers. Please keep up the good work.

We had breakfast here today and served by the lovely Kim! She was super attentive, made sure all our needs were met and had a wonderful attitude :) Food was good and served fresh and quick, we even got a sneaky taste of some of the new pizzas which they will be potentially trialing for their new menu. First time visited, as my son told me it was under new management and shall we go. I liked the look of the restaurant, it was warm welcoming friendly and clean. The food was lovely and not just slapped together like some other restaurants. Our waitress appeared genuinely welcoming and helpful. The manager was observed being busy and part of the team. Definitely would recommend and go again 👏👍

We came here as a party of six for our grandsons birthday. The staff and service were second to none and the food choice and quality excellent. A special thanks to Lorna who sorted out our 7 yr olds spaghetti which had been sprinkled with green herbs which upset him. Without question and in a very pleasant manner reassured him that changing it was no problem. I would highly recommend this restaurant. We will certainly be back
