Great haddock and chips meal, friendly service...I only gave a 4 for atmosphere as it was very quiet (which suited me) but others might want bustling lunchtime. Good prices too.

First time going here but must say food is very tasty, a little expensive but I don’t mind as long as the food is good. You can taste in the food quality that it’s cooked fresh using quality food, it’s served with a smile and welcoming staff on the counter. Will be retuning here.

I live very local so go often. If I've returned from travels handy to nip in and get a ' chippy tea' Their steak puddings are also great, and lunch time specials great value if you dont want a massive portion. If i have fish I order it lightly battered so they catter for you preference in 3 sizes of cod or haddock. I've been dozens of times and never had bad meal, Staff always friendly and helpful. If a theres a queue you can order your fish straight away, so its ready for you.

We ate in mid afternoon so the restaurant was not working under pressure but the service was good as was the food I had cod and was surprised at the size at the piece of cod . I would need to visit at other times to be more confident of my ratings and reasonably priced
