Come to this subway often the ladies and young boy that work their are lovely and very friendly quick service even when they get the dinner time rush. It’s just a shame that this specific subway haven’t been given a revamp like most of the others in the area

Standard Subway with a standard menu BUT id left my cash card in the cat half a mile a way. The lovely lady serving allowed my family to eat while I ran to get card. Clearly a risk she didn't need to take . Going the extra mile for custom makes all the difference

Always delicious, always fresh, always good service, staff are always lovely and cheery. There's a lady who works in your wigan standishgate branch who always coos over my little girl, she's so lovely and my daughter, who is 4 always says I like that lady, she's a nice lady. I really need to get her name so I can name her for recognition of her brilliant customer service. Thanks again subway!

Slow service as they had 1 server just dedicated to just eat or user east not helping on the counter. This results in a longer wait.

Wonderful staff! I have major food allergies and find it very hard to eat out. However my daughter's wanted Subway and said they're really helpful. The young man who served me was extremely helpful, once I said I had food allergies, he washed his hands, changed his gloves and helped me with what I could eat. For once I didn't feel like I was a pest! Brilliant service! Thank you

I love this store. It makes the whole area surrounding the store smell so good. The staff are always in a good positive mood, even when the queue is out the door. They don't panic, everyone stays calm and make a great butty! (or salad if that's your thing) The only downside is on busy days there isn't always somewhere to sit.
