Visited the restaurant on the 18th of April for 2 "Mighty buckets for 1". I eat one in store, which was fantastic, and took one home to eat later on. When I decided to eat my second meal I discovered it was missing a piece of original recipe chicken. Rang the store and told them the problem, I was given a code that I could redeem for a replacement meal, no questions asked. I've just redeemed the code (today's Friday 21st April) and received my replacement meal. Food's fresh, given a larger portion of fries and a large drink, staff very apologetic about problem with first order. Strongly advise people to give this restaurant a chance, staff made a real effort, and I was given a fresh, larger replacement meal for 1 missing piece of chicken. Happy chappy

After years of avoiding KFC because of a couple of visits that were poor and a final one that totally peed me off at another branch! I gave kfc Robin Park a go! I visited at 11:20am Wednesday 16th November. There was a good atmosphere with the staff being friendly with customers and seemed to have a good ‘team bond’! The place was clean, and the service quick. The portions seemed to have shrank since I last visited a restaurant (but portions have reduced everywhere). The only slight negative I can write is I’d have liked my food a little hotter, but I do like my food piping hot! A five star visit, I will certainly visit the Robin Park branch again.
