After years of avoiding KFC because of a couple of visits that were poor and a final one that totally peed me off at another branch! I gave kfc Robin Park a go! I visited at 11:20am Wednesday 16th November. There was a good atmosphere with the staff being friendly with customers and seemed to have a good ‘team bond’! The place was clean, and the service quick. The portions seemed to have shrank since I last visited a restaurant (but portions have reduced everywhere). The only slight negative I can write is I’d have liked my food a little hotter, but I do like my food piping hot! A five star visit, I will certainly visit the Robin Park branch again.
Got good meal here. On offer plenty of fillets and fries. Double ice cream all under £10
Always partial to a bit of the Colonel's fayre. The Drive-Thru is usually pretty quick and because of the 'put-through' the food has rarely been stood around so piping hot and fresh.
Love a visit to KFC but the price increases recently have been too much for us to keep visiting, it was always a once every few months treat but now is getting too expensive, you can go to the red Robin down the road and have a sit down meal for the same price. Food amazing as always!
Visited the restaurant on the 18th of April for 2 "Mighty buckets for 1". I eat one in store, which was fantastic, and took one home to eat later on. When I decided to eat my second meal I discovered it was missing a piece of original recipe chicken. Rang the store and told them the problem, I was given a code that I could redeem for a replacement meal, no questions asked. I've just redeemed the code (today's Friday 21st April) and received my replacement meal. Food's fresh, given a larger portion of fries and a large drink, staff very apologetic about problem with first order.
Strongly advise people to give this restaurant a chance, staff made a real effort, and I was given a fresh, larger replacement meal for 1 missing piece of chicken. Happy chappy

Been in this store many times since my original review, never had a bad experience yet whether its inside or having gone through the drive through. I live less then 5 mins away from another branch but drive out my way to visit this one.
Probably the best KFC i have been to in the UK. The customer service was outstanding and thats what made the difference. Thank you
Separate place to put recycle rubbish would be nice. What's the point of having them if they all go in the same bin.
On of a kind amazing service fast and delicious food, you can’t really get much better in or near the area!
I have been here a few times and something was always missing or incorrect in my order. The quality of food was as you'd expected. Overall; good, just not great.
Place is small but nice. The biggest impression makes staff especially Jenny, who is very friendly, helpful and her smile made my day today. I wish you more employees like Jenny.
