On a cold snowy day having been stranded at the station for hours the pasty and the meat pie were both warming (piping hot) and filling.
The staff were friendly.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced my first visit the rude lady forgot my sausage roll so im now down 3 pound , on my next visit the rude lady was at it again and tried short changing me 10 pounds and when I asked for it she told me I'd already took it which was not the case as 3 people witnessed it so never again
