Absolutely lovely staff here. Very happy to help and friendly....Really hope you appreciate the work these people do and don't treat them like just a number. The staff make the store, don't forget that Cafe Nero!

Went in Caffè Nero today, Pearl our whippet was more than welcome too. Really friendly staff and good coffee dog friendly, what more could you ask for. 👍 👍 👍

Big shout out to the 2 staff on Sunday 11/6/23 friendly and helpful with every customer, even though it was a Very Busy morning. Great example of exceptional Customer Service even getting someone a bowl of water for their dog.Hope your boss recognises how hard you work !

Brilliant place to have a coffee, relaxed and chilled environment with friendly staff.
I didn't have food, just go for the coffees but still great.
Went in today again as usual 27.06.2023 the staff always go above and beyond.

I didn't have food, the coffee was great. Not been to a cafe Nero for a while so it surprised me when I was charged an extra 10p for a decaff!

Absolutely love this store. I would give the service 10 stars if I could. The staff are friendly and down to earth and literally never stop most of the time! It's so busy! Granted I go in almost everyday but the staff know exactly what I want every time!
The cakes are delicious and I eat them way more than I should. Rate the coffee more than starbucks and Costa and its cheaper so win-win.
Shop is always lovely and clean! There's quite a few of us regulars and it's a lovely atmosphere having a giggle. If I'm having a bad day I know a cafe nero will cheer me up in more ways than one.
Thank you all! Give them a nice Christmas bonus! 😃 I'll take a weekend job if it's going 😆

I prefer this place to Starbucks or Costa the staff are friendly and the shop is well appointed even if a bit too small. It does get very busy at times. There's an outside "Terrace" as well if the weather permits (OK, OK, OK it's actually 4 or so tables and chairs chucked out on the pavement!). But still.....Nice cappuccino

As the only Big Coffee house store left in the town centre it's getting used more now than it ever has been. However, still a very pleasant visit to be had, and the staff are just simply superb. Never a bad Coffee to be had at this branch - they truly love making good coffee.
