Ridiculously slow service and someone complained the gravy was mouldy and my drink was still covered in frost from the freezer
Edit: the frost was mixed with some weird substance and went all over my clothes when I was carrying the bottle to the car, stained my T-shirt and coat with white specks. L
Disappointed as this was the first time I have had KFC but will never have it again. Chicken was dry and well done, staff were polite but they shouldn't talk and make fun about customers after they leave in front of other customers.

Staff seemed inexperienced and some customers had been waiting over 30mins for food. My order was ready in 10 mins but food was Luke warm and the chicken quite dry
When ordering for collection they never get the order correct !! Pretty pathetic really, cant even read a screen and pack it , unless they are just not bothered ?
