Coffee Delight

Rude staff and stare at you when you are seated. Milkshakes are tasteless, taste like milk and the consistency of milk when there advertised as made with real ice cream! The cakes taste like they have been made from a box mix and are dry and again tasteless. All in all go to millie's cookies for a milkshake and cake. Certainly wont visit here again!

Terrible experience, I recently attempted to get orange juice drink from this shop, the juice came with ice which I asked there to be no ice he male who was working told me he was the owner and this drink comes with ice which was crazy. He then took the ice out and gave me back half a glass and told me that was the size portion, I couldn't believe what I was hearing I asked for a refund which then lead to a full blown argument I can not express how bad the customer service is with this place he was rude and what I can only assume is his partner also is extreamly rude. Back home in my country I would never have had this experience and surly will not recommend this coffee place to any friends. Paul

Have lunch here most weeks friendly professional staff and very good service today wasn't a very pleasant visit while the owner was taking my order he verbally abused one of his staff members I felt felt very uncomfortable as also it was apparent she did to what is normally a very lovely enjoyable experience was not today I would never speak to a member of staff like that specially not in front of customers
