Always a nice place to visit.
Staff are all friendly inside the restaurant and through the drive through.
Stairs are a nightmare though if you have a 2 year old and a tray of food . So we usually go through the drive through.
This newer McDonald's is located in a weird part of Wigan, surrounded by tower blocks and hidden in a housing estate.
A two storey construction, with a lift for wheelchairs and people unable to use staircases, it's modern and clean.
The staff were friendly and happy and my order was not messed up.
Used the drive through it was busy had to park up, but know it is a busy restaurant, food delivered to the car quickly by a wonderful young lady, how was backwards and forwards working hard even when it hailed, sorry didn't get her name (think it started with N), always had a smile.

Really good service, I had my food delivered to my table (3) at around 11:50am Friday 26th May 2023. The person (didnt get a name) who brought me my food was very nice and shining with great positivity. Great customer service
Food never turned up from uber. Manager wasn't helpful. Said basically it was ubers problem. Had an issue on uber before and the resteraunt in question sent meals out. So maccies are trying to scam people. I got no straws, no sauces, no dips to sharing boxes. Food was stone cold. Awful experienc

Staff here all hard working & friendly. However burgers not hot enough, esp if take away. Jamie Oliver needs to know most adults know burgers are meant to be hot! I know some reheat at home. I think that's worse than a cold fresh burger. Luke warm food isn't nice to eat. Also wish they used cheese t

This place constantly misses an item from my orders or ignores alterations to the order, for example no pickles, extra pickles, no bacon etc.
