Decent sized pub with a good selection of beers available on tap, they have screens with live sport. They even had a live musician which was a real delight

I didn't get any food, but I've been the royal Oak a few times now and it's always been a pleasant experience would highly recommend if you just want a quiet one with friends and there beer garden is top notch
