Great place. Ample parking. Good food (albeit a light lunch). Beer garden and kids play area.

We walked in without booking when it was really busy and at first it appeared there was no table available, however staff went out of their way to accommodate us and gave us a table that was reserved with the proviso we could vacate by a certain time, which was fine. We were told to expect upto a 30
We were the only guests, so it would have been nice to have been put in a room with a view, but our room was lovely. Everything was good but it would have been better with Wi-Fi! Service was good too.

Stopped over for 1 night as we were attending a local function. Warm welcome , clean tidy and comfortable room. Freshly prepared full English breakfast could not fault any thing about this stay. Excellent value for 2 people.
What a great meal we had. Eleven of us were served efficiently by the staff who couldn't do enough for us. All drinks and food were served perfectly. Food was great, and atmosphere was lovely. Many Thanks.
