Pt's Olde Fashioned Grille

Went here for lunch one day last week and it was super packed. Was going to call in a pickup order but the phone lines were busy as it was lunchtime. Anyway, I ended up getting the grilled chicken sandwich aka the "Dirty Bird" Keep in mind, I had to wait for a while due to it being lunchtime. The food is always really good. It comes made to order most of the time without any issues. The fries are phenomenal every time. The service was exceptionally well considering it was lunchtime. The atmosphere was a little crowded and loud once again due to it being the lunchtime rush. It just depends on what time of day you decide to eat here. Overall, I give PT's a 5-star rating and I would recommend eating here. The food alone is well worth any waiting you may have to suffer through.

I went to the fountain dr. Location on a busy Sunday. There was a mix up and I wound up waiting over 30 minutes for my food. I was immediately apologized to and given a voucher/compensation for a future visit, it was not expected but much appreciated. The food was hot and correct, the fries were also super crispy. Definitely a place to go back to.

Me and a coworker went in yesterday 10,21,23 and the place was packed inside and outside, we were worried about how much time it would take. Worried for nothing service was polite, efficient and helpful. They even cleaned up a table for us to sit. Highly recommend they defined the moment and did not let the moment define them. Hat's off we will be back. College road location.

Just moved here and had a friend say this was the best burgers in Wilmington! I'M HERE TO SAY PT'S DID NOT DISAPPOINT! So good I bought a shirt! Best burger, awesome fries, cold beer! This girls every dream. Thanks, PT's, for giving me a place to say to my visiting friends... "I got the best spot. Come on!!!"

Fun little local place to grab a burger. You walk in (or up to their window) and fill out an order form, then have a seat and wait for your order to be brought over. The burgers are served with toasted buns and they offer all the usual toppings you'd expect. The fries have a tangy seasoning salt. I had the junior sized burger and it was plenty for me. They also served chicken sandwiches, hot dogs and black bean burgers, but we stuck with burgers and fries all around. Service was quick, and all the employees were very helpful to us first timers.

I been coming here for about 8 years now, whenever I’m in town, I gotta stop by. These guys always my you feels welcome with high energy. Great customer service!! The food awesome. Fresh ground beef, condiments to order, grilled to perfection, served on a grilled bun. Hand cut fries, seasoned and some say ketchup is not necessary. House made lemonade with real lemons. This is old fashioned food for sure and so delicious. Service was excellent. They check if you needed refills, staff is very pleasant.
