I had the shrimp and grits. Absolutely delicious! Fried cheese grits with an incredibly flavorful sauce. I added sautéed spinach, which was also beautifully seasoned. This will become a regular stop for me.

I got the seafood platter with shrimp , scallops, oysters and crab cake . All perfectly cooked. The side spinach was pretty good . Collards bitter. Hush puppies really good and I usually don’t like hush puppies. All reasonably priced by todays Bidenomics standards.

The fried seafood is really good and is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 3. I say that because the sides need some work. They offer a lot of different sides but none of the sides I have tried are that great. The cabbage in the slaw is cut in large long pieces. The fries are under seasoned. There are just some easy improvements needed with the sides. The hush puppies are really good and I commend them for offering them free at the beginning of the meal. This is a really nice place to dine if you want some really good fried seafood. The other dishes may be good as well. I have not tried any so I cannot comment. You should definitely give this restaurant a try if you are visiting or live in the area.

Very cute southern diner with surprisingly good food. Only took off one star because two dishes that my friend tried to order were unavailable. More like a 4.5/5 for me. Totally not our waitress’s fault, and she was very sweet and friendly, and apologetic about the food not being available. We had the spinach artichoke dip and it was delicious. I got the house salad and it was quite fresh, as well as the cucumber tomato side. I love when a place truly does have fresh veggies!! Would absolutely return as the food was high quality for a very reasonable price. They also provide you a complimentary first basket of hush puppies that my whole group found delicious. We were also seated immediately as a group of 4 and the service was consistently prompt. I could tell that our waitress was working very hard :)

We went for dinner and waited about 30 minutes, which wasn't bad considering how busy it was. The service was great. Both the hostess and server were sweet. We unfortunately didn't get to try any hushpuppies that they gave out since they were pretty backed up in the kitchen. Hopefully, next time! The food was delicious, and all the sides were great. Can't wait to go back.

This was by far the best seafood restraunt I have ever been too and my husband. We drove from Raleigh NC to come and eat here and also enjoy the aquarium. The staff was amazing and polite. Seafood was fresh and Mac n cheese was to die for!!!!

This was not my first choice but ended up being a nice surprise. The weather was cool so we dined inside while other chose to face the cooler weather in the enclosed outside dining. Clam chowder was recommended by exiting diners. Very good suggestion.

Solid offerings, simple Southern Style without being unapproachable. Large section of side dishes and a daily special. Prices were good $33.15 for two adults to eat lunch. Service was great and food was prepared quickly. We had flounder, catfish, collards, potato salad, BEPeas, and fried Okra. All were good, some were great. Collard preparation is very personal thing, there’s was basic and not over seasoned. Could have had just a touch more sugar to lessen the bitterness on the back end.
