Hibachi Bistro

There is a Amazing Hard Working Man by the name Angelo. The very first time that I went to this Establishment, my food wasn't so great. When I returned the second time I told him about the order. Mr. Angelo promised me that he would make my order correct himself. When I got home, the food was cooked perfectly. His service and kindness were above all the customers' expectations for Express Hibachi. I know because I asked them. I returned today, and when I arrived, he was in the back. Angelo came out to take my order. I saw this clip online where a man went behind the counter to the back of the restaurant and was yelling who cooked my food. I had to mess with him. So I asked Angelo, "Did he remember me?" He looked 😳 confused. I said, "You promised me that you would make my meal correct because my last meal was horrible so I came to give you another try, but you knew that you were going to make THE BEST MEAL I EVER EATEN! Now you got me hooked! I don't want anyone else to ever make my food again, but you! He smiled and said Thank You So Much! I was really scared that I messed up. I told him no, sweetheart, you done an amazing amazing job. Thank you for giving me your word cause that food was the best. I have been to the top Hibachi Restaurants, yet it wasn't anything like the meal you prepared for me. As I sat and waited for my food, he was taking orders and serving the food to the tables instead of calling out the numbers for the customers to come back to get their food. He went out his way, serving and helping everyone. Then he came to me and said, "Your meal will be coming out next." He went and cooked it himself. As I was leaving, I told him that he was an Amazing Gentleman that not only Loves his job but also cares about the customers. He said thank you, Mrs Mary. If you took the time to read this go Monday through Thursday, the store is open at 11 am & he gets off at 5 pm. Tell Angelo that Mrs Mary wrote a review all about him. She said give him a visit! I promise you that you will be Happy that you chose to give him & the Restaurant a try. My next step is to let Corporate headquarters, know the exceptional Hard-working, gentlemen that they have at their establishment making people day with his acts of Kindness and making sure that your meal is correct fresh and taste great!! Thanks Angelo!!

Called for a carry out order and was told it would be 10-15 min. I showed up in between that and my food was ready when I walked in. Has great taste and good portion size for the money. The chicken could be cut up into actual bites instead of strips. Not the best teriyaki chicken I’ve had, but it won’t keep me from going back. They do offer white or dark meat for it (this was white meat).

This is a mainstay for my wife and I. I just wanted to give a shout-out to the workers tonight. I called in an order and there was some confusion, they thought I ordered 1 entre, but I ordered 2. It seemed like they were training a new guy on the register, but he and his coworkers wasted no time correcting the issue. There was a guy who seemed to be leading the other cooks and he helped me out straight away. I think he showed great management skills and raised the level of great customer service that I have already had from this location. Overall I was very satisfied, and I am glad that this location has some great help. I love this place and I will continue to be a customer.

Food was surprisingly good for a pad restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant with adequate seating but we usually get take out. The bowls are great especially the steak and scallops cooked to order. Staff is always friendly. I wish that they had not discontinued the loyalty card. I lost a lot of points.

I have been in for lunch and for dinner both great. However will say lunch is better tasting to me. I believe the workers name is Micheal he is always there in the mornings he is helpful with special requests and with new customers. I have brought friends there multiple times and every time they have all loved it. I Don’t know why this place gets a lot hate if u want to give it 1 more try come in the mornings or ask if Micheals there he knows me and remebers my order as well so he is very good at his job keep up the work everyone!!!

Great Hibachi spot 🔥💯 Employees were very patient with my 1st visit. Everything is cooked fresh right in front of you & all the flavors were spot on. Best Hibachi vegetables I've ever had 💯 The Spring Rolls we're perfect but do wish there was a dipping sauce! But the hibachi plates are def enough for a small army 😋
