Upon my first bite of their pepperoni pizza I was instantly transported to a little village in the Tuscan countryside that I visited once, where fresh wheat and olives are harvested right from the trees and fields outside to make the pizzas in the local restaurant. A symphony of sharp cheese, robust tomato sauce, and heavenly clouds of doughy crust, and my tongue is the awestruck audience to this orchestra. Standing ovation. I've frequented them many times over the years and disappointment does not seem to be on their menu. Keep up the good work my fine chefs.
