Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

My dining experience was nothing short of amazing at Bertucci’s. The cleanliness of the restaurant was very impressive. There were two wonderful and very professional hostesses. And last but not least, the manager Matthew was so helpful with answering our questions about some menu items. With all negativity going on in the world since the pandemic. It really means a lot to have inviting managers service you. Thanks Matthew for such a great Friday dining experience at Bertucci’s. I would highly recommend👍🏽

Excellent food, and phenomenal service by our waiter Brian! This guy knocked it out of the park. Super busy for lunch and he was the only one serving and kept up with everybody and everything in an amazing way! Thank you Brian! We will definitely be coming back! Your service was amazing! Of course like I said originally, food was out of this world, hot, fresh, quick!

Worst service I have ever experienced! When I asked for a drink refill the waiter reached and picked my cup up with his fingers half way inside of it, and no he did not bring me a new cup it still had my straw in it with my lipgloss on it. Never came and asked if we needed anything else after food was brought out, never offered grated cheese just basically ignored us. Sorry if we upset you asking for silverware We were there for two family members birthdays they would of liked to have been offered desert but apparently that was to much even bringing us the check was a 15 minute affair. Absolutely horrible service so Ryan (the waiter)I hope you have a better birthday dinner when it’s your Birthday then what you gave us!

Mother's Day reservation ruined after driving from Maryland to spend the day with my Mother in law. There for an hour and 10 minutes before the last entree was brought out. The manager was understanding and empathetic and we were able to encourage our waiter. Would love to give them another chance to correct the experience.
