King Garden Chinese Restaurant

Several times the woman who takes orders was rude. The last time was the very last straw for me . She has very bad customer service skills. She snatched my money out my hand then threw my change at me basically through that small window. She doesn’t greet or say have a nice day she just takes your money and walk away this was several occasions. The food however is okay but lately they been slacking on it . I wouldn’t no longer recommend if you want to be treated with respect.

The lady was very rude no good customer service. The food is usually good but tonight it taste like they rushed I give it 3 tonight as far as the food go . I would never give this Chinese store my money again . Wouldn’t recommend either if you like to feel welcomed from an establishment making your food !!

I found a curly white hair in my food. Of course, this can occur by accident anywhere, but still, it's completely unacceptable behavior. I strogly suggest having all your kitchen staff wear hair nets, at all times while working in the kitchen areas. Ever since this pandemic, many restaurants are neglecting their responsibilities to the health and wellbeing of the public, "Customers". For restaurants who are overwhelmed with too much business, simply turn the customers away, or have a much longer wait time. Anything would a better choice, rather than the alternative, allowing hairs to fall onto a customers meal. A good lesson leaned here. Take responsibility for our actions in life!
