Living locally, Unico Lounge has been our regular family go to place in Wilmslow for years. I walk the dog with the Mrs in the mornings at least twice a week for a lovely coffee. We were a group of 9 (plus dog) for lunch yesterday. Plenty of space to sit, lovely atmosphere and interesting decor, nice staff, and great food! I had the chicken, avocado and bacon burger with slaw and fries, very tasty 😋

We had a very nice brunch at Unico today. The food was nice and it was great that it had such an extensive gluten free menu for my partner. Service was prompt and very friendly. Decor and atmosphere was nice too although a bit dark.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch w friends. Ordered via QR-linked website (best restaurant app I've seen, by far) and were quickly served good quality food. Prices good for the food/amount.

Great service from the moment we walked in. Was greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. Decor is quite quirky and something that catches the eye.
The food was amazing, I wanted a burger before going here and can say as a chef myself, that the smokey Joe burger was 10/10.
The chunky chorizo mixed with the BBQ brisket was perfect, not too much that you get messy and not too little that you can't taste it. The burger itself was juicy and full of flavour, the bun toasted to perfection.
The chips are skin on fries, fluffy on inside crispy on outside. Perfect.
My partner is GF and the choices they had are amazing. So much too choose from. In the end she went with a Crispy Fried Halloumi Burger and finished all of it. Said it was amazing.
The little side slaw to accompany the burger and fries was great, not too much mayo, not too acidic, was great for the pallet.
Will 100% be back and will for sure recommend to friends and family, and the chefs at my work.

I can’t ever remember enjoying a breakfast as much as the smashed avocado brunch I’ve just eaten outside unico. Perfect poached eggs, on smashed avocado toast with streaky bacon. Superb.And great coffee too. I e added the only photo you need to see!!

These places have popped up everywhere over the last few years and with good reason. Expect a comfortable atmosphere, a welcoming family-based vibe, toys for the kids, dog-friendly and accomodating staff. You will find an eclectic decor and a well-varied menu here. Highly recommended!
