I love Costa .. but this one in York is awful and unrepresentative of the brand .. the seating awful .. the cleanliness verging on unlawful and the toilets an absolute disgrace .. they need a complete overhaul!!!
Below average in every respect. So many better places in Wilmslow. Only for those in an emergency or have lost the will to live.

Went to this costa in wilmslow today with my son and his two daughters. I wanted to use the toilet while my son joined the queue. As usual not in use , with the fake sign to say not in use. I told them to leave, not going to spend money in a place that doesn’t provide a toilet. Terrible experience.
