Lovely little venue in the heart of wimborne. Food and service was really good and very well presented. Would have been good if we could have ordered drinks from upstairs but apart from that it was all lovely

I went here for breakfast and was impressed by the general atmosphere of the place.
I had avocado on toast which was very pleasant, if a bit pricey for what it is. My only complaint for the food was that it came with large chunks of chilli on it meaning the odd mouthful was blown away in heat, more finely chopped chilli would distribute that pleasantly across the whole dish.
The staff were friendly and I was pleased to note the drinks of a decent quality too.

Excellent venue and staff. We booked The Thirsty Bird for a drinks reception the night prior to our wedding and from start to finish the experience was excellent. Really recommend the space for large group bookings, especially on a nice day as the outdoor space is good.

Have visited here many times for breakfast and coffee over the last couple of years and have always left very happy with the yummy food options and brilliant coffee, along with the friendly staff and great atmosphere. Food can sometimes take a while, but this is understandable when it is busy and the kitchen is so small so we don't mind.
Haven't tried them for drinks and cocktails in the evening but will definitely visit one evening with friends.

Myself and my friend popped in to The Thirsty Bird yesterday for lunch. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Our service times were excellent and the food was exceptional! I haven't been to a cafe/restaurant for sometime were I've returned home and felt compelled to write a review, if you are near Wimborne this place is a must! Also we both noted what a fantastic menu/selection they have. Its not large but its all the best things! Thanks for such a lovely lunch, we will both be back I'm sure!

Visited mid morning for ‘Brunch’.
Can’t find fault, foods delicious, drinks are well sized and very high quality whatever your menu choice.
Menu is small as others have mentioned but due to this small menu sized all items are of the highest quality and arrive in quick time.
Decor within the building is different and brings the place alive and all previous points pair together for a lovely experience. Staff are polite and extremely switched on. Highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing food, amazing coffee supplied by South Coast Roast & a beautiful hidden gem in Wimborne. Plenty of vegan & gluten free options. Staff are super friendly - highly recommend!
