I have been going for many years, and the lunchtime meal deal is the best! And the rest of their menu is amazing and is the best steak in Hampshire. The quality and value is unbeatable, and so is the service!

On walking in the decor is a little dated and
bland but this is the only negative we could
find, great service from walking in the door,
a warm welcome and polite manner always
starts well.
Taken to our seat, we were advised of the
menus and drinks list available.
Offered to take our jackets and provision of
water as we sat down
Advised of the GLUTEN FREE/COELIAC
AVAILABILITY, plenty of choices and chef was
happy to adapt to suit.
The service was just as you'd want not too
much but just enough to go that extra mile!!
Food ordered and kept informed of any gluten
potential risks. With a few adaptations, we sat
and awaited our meal.

We booked for our first anniversary and the team at Winchester really looked after us. Not only was the food amazing but they sorted us a nice window seat and heart confetti on the table. After our meal the guys brought out a desert which had been decorated( see photos) and was on the house. Really nice experience and we look forward to going back soon. Thanks guys!!!!

Went in for a date night meal.
We were treated like royalty, nothing was too much trouble, the food was amazing!
And the Irish coffee and baileys coffee for afters was exquisite!

Great service. When they saw my drink empty they come straight over and asked for a re fill.
The place was very nice and quite when I went, lovely inside.
The starter I had was unreal, was the best starter I have ever had, nothing can beat that, so hats off to the chef for the whole lot. Was outstanding!!!

Off the charts!! I wish I could rate higher than 5* - the service was spectacular. Four different members of staff were all very welcoming, polite, and smiling! We also appreciated the relaxing ambience and comfortable tables.
We had teriyaki beef skewers, spicy fusion chicken and a bread basket to start, rib eye steak and grilled trio as mains, and apple & raspberry crumble plus baileys cheesecake for dessert.
Everything tasted absolutely divine. 100% recommend, and will go back soon!
