I ordered a sandwich for takeaway here, the food was really good quality, filling and hearty which is exactly what I wanted. I could tell the bread was fresh and baked this morning. The two ladies who were running the cafe were very friendly and lovely too. I will be returning, thank you!

This is a sweet cafe in Winchester that can cope with gluten free and dairy free. There isn't a lot of room but I suspect they could deal with a wheelchair. On the Sat we visited it was full of mum's, dad's and well behaved kids. The sandwiches are filling, the drinks nice. A place for yummy mummy's and Dad's who cycle. They can refill your environmental mugs and do good tea. I will go again.

Weโve just moved to Winchester from London and the Leaf and Bean has been one of the best things about our new life in Winch. Staff are lovely, food is great and itโs 5 min walk from our house. A brilliant community cafe.

This place is absolutely fab. The only problem is a bit out of the way for me and as I'm pretty lazy (you would be too with a double buggy and all the hills Winchester has) I can't get there as often as I like.
Leaf and Bean is quite cosy but the staff who initially I thought a bit grumpy turned out to be incredibly friendly giving all sorts of local advice and sang happy birthday to my husband for his birthday.
They have a sweet little kids play area, not much room for buggies thigh so if you can leave it behind it will lower the stress levels.
It's probably just as well we don't live closer. I'd spend far too much money here.

Best coffee shop in winchester! The truly accept small children and breast feeding, the service is always beautiful. Mozzo coffee is a winner, and the food is delicious no matter your dietary needs. Xx

I have been there three times so far and I marvel at the quality of food each time! I have had sandwiches and one of the salads. I wish more places would offer food like this. The portions are hearty and the food tastes amazing! I love it!

I would thoroughly recommend Leaf and Bean. This morning I enjoyed a tasty bacon sandwich brunch, pots of tea with charming cups and saucer, such a treat of a place. Welcoming, warm and friendly too. First time visit for me, friend knows Leaf and Bean already.
