The staff here are lovely and left us with an overall, great impression of them and the store. They were so funny and helpful!

Went into the branch on two consecutive days of my break in the Lakes.
The staff were so friendly and very helpful a credit the Costa. I even downloaded the app on the advice from the staff.
I had two hot toasted sandwiches which were amazing, as was the cinnamon bun latte.
Friendly and efficient staff that offer a smile no matter how busy they are. I've been coming here early in the morning for 2 years, the coffee and cakes are superb, the toilet facilities are very clean and there are a selection of different comfortable chairs to sit on. Lots of room for pushchairs and wheelchairs. There's even free newspapers to read. Dog friendly terrace at the front and nice outside seating that catches the sun in the summer.

The mastery of barista Victoria left us in true shock and amusement. Americano coffee that was served to us was done with a touch of cosy love. This place is wholesome with panoramic view of medieval architecture of this town.
Wonderful Costa, coffee is great, Place is set at a very comfortable temperature and the most amazing is the staff, so welcoming. Costa must be proud to have them as staff. Wonderful.
I had a problem understanding the till guy, even when I asked him to repeat (he was mumbling quietly), the waiting time for hot chocolate was far too long. The steak sandwich was good, although it was pulled meat rather than a steak. Mexican? Not really, not spicy enough but still good.
The room upstairs is looking more like a doctor's waiting room, downstairs nice though.
Great food. Service was quick considering it was so busy. Parts of ceiling were down leaving open holes. Didn't look good above the tables.

Sat outside as we had our dog with us. Very pleasant watching the world go by as it was a lovely sunny day. Good drinks didnt have food.
