Went into the branch on two consecutive days of my break in the Lakes.
The staff were so friendly and very helpful a credit the Costa. I even downloaded the app on the advice from the staff.
I had two hot toasted sandwiches which were amazing, as was the cinnamon bun latte.

Great food. Service was quick considering it was so busy. Parts of ceiling were down leaving open holes. Didn't look good above the tables.

I had a problem understanding the till guy, even when I asked him to repeat (he was mumbling quietly), the waiting time for hot chocolate was far too long. The steak sandwich was good, although it was pulled meat rather than a steak. Mexican? Not really, not spicy enough but still good.
The room upstairs is looking more like a doctor's waiting room, downstairs nice though.
