From the amazing warm welcome to the friendly service all night this is a hidden gem in the lakes. The best cocktails, fabulous food and friendly service all the time. We will definitely be back again as it’s the best place to spend time with friends

A gem of a bar in Windermere!
My husband and i visited this bar on the last night of our long weekend away. We had a gorgeous Italian sharing platter and cocktails and ended up staying until late and getting more food for dinner!
The quality of food and drink is excellent and the relaxed atmosphere and friendly service made our visit all the more enjoyable.
It was lovely to sit and enjoy our time there without feeling rushed, hence why we decided to stay for most of oir evening :)
Would also recommend happy hour from 4:30-6pm.

We are local, and love The Speakeasy. Always a warm welcome and great service. We had 2 of their famous Italian platters to share between four, and a couple of their yummy pulled pork dirty fries. Good value too. Enjoy!

Food was lovely, especially the burger, I was over the moon with it. Friendly staff in a friendly, cosy place. I will definitely return here and would definitely recommend this lovely place.

Me and my girlfriend love this place and they make cocktails just how they should be. Very friendly staff and good to chat to, always smiling. The decor is brilliant for a cocktail bar, very tropical with plants and outgoing tables etc.
Didn't have the food but we plan on coming back and trying the food. Thankyou very much.

Booked a table, came recommended. Looking at most of the reviews, I thought it'd be very busy. We booked for 7.30 16th July 22, and it was very quiet.
Didn't ruin our experience though. Staff all very attentive, menu selection wide and varied and thoroughly enjoyable.
We ordered a Brie, Platter and fries...delicious for the two of us.
Had a couple of cocktails...Well it was a very hot day 😁😉
Definitely be back and very happy to recommend 👌

A cosy little bar with attentive and friendly staff. Can't argue with the prices, especially when the food is delicious. Some interesting and unique cocktails available (I tried a passionate iced tea) and an impressive wine selection
