The vibes were perfect. I had the king prawn fried rice a day chicken dumplings. I was pleased with my choices. I appreciate the freshness and flavors. The food wasn't saturated with salt. The location is in a cute little alley outside of Windsor Castle.
I thought it was pretty good. My noodles and chicken could probably have had more spice (even after adding the “spice” sauce to it). My wife had chicken fried rice but it was definitely very bland. The location and atmosphere kinda made up for some points, it’s a little nook of a place inside and has a nice little outside area. The hot and sour soup was really good.
Food taste great and service is amazing as well. I love that they have sweet corn soup which I don't see in any chinese restaurant yet here in UK.
Had this on my list for ages. Had Sunday lunch here today and everything was very nice.
Quiet, being a Sunday lunchtime and wet, but that was to be expected. Food all freshly prepared and arrived in a timely manner.
Only niggle was that we had some bottled (unbranded) water and it was surprisingly pricey in comparison to the overall pricing, so 4/5 for service.
We had an excellent dinner here! The food was authentic, the ingredients were clearly fresh, and all the dishes were seasoned well. Prices are reasonable. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful in suggesting how many portions to get. It was nice speaking with them about the restaurants history. It is decorated beautifully!
A gem in the city of Windsor that was converted to a restaurant from a pup. The food and service were both excellent. Hubby enjoyed his wonton soup and I had the vegetable spring rolls. We would definitely return during another trip to London.
I had an incredible dining experience at a prime location. The authentic Chinese dishes, especially the famous Boiled Fish in Chili Oil, tasted just like they do in China. The high quality of the food exceeded my expectations for this location. What's more, the restroom was impeccably clean, which was a pleasant surprise. Not to mention, I learned that this restaurant is situated in the oldest building in town, dating back 600 years. What a lucky find!
Amazing food! Amazing service, so friendly and overall a great evening. 1000% would recommend.
Astonishingly expensive BUT the best vegan Chinese food you’ll ever eat.
My only complaint is that they’ve stopped doing the vegan prawn toast, which was honestly one of the main reasons we couldn’t stop ordering from there!
Their other appetisers are still great, but nothing hits the spot quite like the vegan prawn toast.
Good experience and nice service .
The food is very nice and large portion.
When my food had little, they gave some snack to us. Good quality service 😁
