Had a layover in London and stopped in to grab coffee at Craft Coffee House. It was simply delightful - I went with a flat white and it was perfectly prepared. The indoor and outdoor environment is very nice, and I love that to access it you go down a small little tunnel. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Windsor

The vegan flapjacks are amazing!!!! Great coffee and breakfast/ brunch sandwiches. I love to sit in the courtyard after a dog walk, always pleasant, relaxed and welcoming staff( and a little cheeky!😜)

The best coffee in Windsor. Nice staff especially Liz and very helpful, always with a smile. The place provides great food as well, simple and less expensive than most of Windsor. This is the locals place and has a nice space and pleasant atmosphere. A must stop in for the coffee traveller

The coffee here is very good. It's £2.70 for a flat white, but they deliver, so if you're in the area and you want a coffee, go here. I really want to give this place 3.5 stars. Yes, the coffee is top notch but there are a few things that let it down. Firstly, the staff are slightly ponderous in their movements, there doesn't seem to be much communication between them and this didn't really fill me with confidence. It's okay if you have all day, but I had a train to catch and wasn't particularly reassured that I was any kind of priority, especially when I asked for a takeaway coffee and the guy told me to take a seat! Secondly, you can see a rather stark and brightly lit kitchen, which detracts from the experience and clashes from the more thoughtfully decorated coffee shop. When you're charging almost 3 pounds for coffee beans, milk and hot water, this stuff matters - especially because the coffee shop is based in quite a picturesque courtyard. If they could make the service and general ambience as good as the coffee, they'd be on to a winner.

Awesome coffee, ok taste, friendly staff. It's cosy inside but have a court yard for warmer weather. Modern interior. Toilet shared with other stores was clean.

I love this place. The coffee variety is nice and it’s a genuine craft place in the realm of Nero’s and Costa’s. The affogato was my favourite!!! Been here quite a few times...

Excellent coffee, lovely atmosphere. I was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff who advised me on the selection of coffee. It's a peaceful cafe tucked in from the main road and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the world passing you by.

Excellent coffee and cake to be found here. Really nice Coffee shop that’s a little off the beaten track. When I visited (a Friday afternoon) it was peaceful and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had a flat white and millionaires shortbread - both were very good.

Not sure what’s happened here. Last time I was in Windsor (2 years ago) Craft Coffee was perfect. Brilliant service, fantastic coffee and the most amazing bagels. The first time I went there this week, there were no bagels at all. The second time, only poppy-seed bagels, which if I’m honest tasted as though they were a day old. The presentation wasn’t so good either - the bagel I had on my second visit felt like it was just thrown together and dropped on the plate (and the rocket was missing). The menu is different - most notably in its lack of the pastrami bagel I loved so much last time. Still good, but no longer the best.
