Amazing service, staff were very polite. The atmosphere is very good. Authentic food, the best Indian food I ever had. This is somewhere I would recommend to everyone to visit and experience. First class food, delicious, full of flavor dishes. A taste of India for sure as if you are in a foreign country.

We purchased the deal off Groupon.... and then read the reviews!
Well we were very pleasantly surprised, the service and food were 5*.
Yes we paid more on the day but we had drinks and extras so why wouldn't you expect to pay more.
The surroundings and decor were great and the staff were friendly and attentive.
We will definitely be going back.

I can honestly say that this lovely restaurant took me back to India. The chef/owner took the time to come out and discuss what we all desired to eat. He got it 100% we all thoroughly enjoyed everything that he cooked. BIG WIN!!!

Came in using the groupon offer and was served by very friendly staff and the food was the best Indian food in Windsor. Good portions would highly recommend to anyone that loves Indian food!

I don't enjoy Indian food but it was a birthday party I was invited to. My expectations were not high. I ordered a prawn chef special. Surprise!! Not the oily mess I was waiting for, it was a delicious dish. I honestly couldn't fault it, and I tried. The service was excellent and I will actually eat there again.

We had naga chicken in the restaurant. Of all the Indian restaurants in and around Windsor, they do naga chicken the best. We had avoided them because of the ambiance for long, and went there with low expectations but were pleasantly surprised.

Made two recent visits and on both occasions the food was good with polite staff.
I would like to have given 5 stars but on my first visit my beer was not cold until I mentioned this and I then received cold ones. On my second visit I asked for them to ensure the beer was cold and I was not disappointed, until they opened a bottle of warm beer. When I mentioned this, I was told they had no more cold ones.
I would like to go back one day, once I get over the trauma!

I think I have probably eaten in every Indian restaurant around Windsor - there are some really super restaurants, but I like Saffron the most.
Very friendly staff and comfortable surroundings.
The food is really great. They are flexible and can cook to your taste if you like very spicy, or if you want something that might not be on the menu. There are lots of interesting dishes in the Specials or Chef's recommendations menu and it's worth trying something new from there.
