At the corner of the walkway, staffs are friendly and waiting time is reasonable. Happy with their services.

Blonde lady that is the manager there is fantastic. Had an issue with an order, and she confirmed the error and rectified the error. Chicken was great too

Sadly saying it’s a worse place. Chicken sizes too small, salty as hell, no flavour at all just dripping oil from the chicken. Disgusting chips not even cooked properly. Burger had nothing in it just tasteless chicken pieces and cold cheap quality bun. I regret that I spent $50 and threw everything in the bin. Only good thing was juice which I think they don’t produce.
My suggestion is avoid eating here and save your hard earned money

Pros :
Perfect location in the food court of Castle towers shopping mall. Prices are decent. Portions are big. The staffs are all agile and beautiful. They are so kind. Taste is also as standard. Cheaper than other places.
Cons:
Tissues are to be asked separately. That's why a 4-star.
